4. Chemical reaction synthesis
Provide a stable and enclosed reaction space, allowing gas-liquid phase materials to continuously mix and undergo contact reactions inside the tower, for continuous chemical synthesis, catalytic reactions, neutralization reactions, and other processes.
5. Heat exchange cooling and medium concentration
By utilizing the circulating structure inside the tower, heat exchange between cold and hot media is achieved, resulting in gas cooling, liquid concentration, and water vapor condensation, stabilizing the production process temperature.
6. Buffer stabilization and storage buffer
Some towers have functions of buffering, stabilizing, and temporary storage of media, balancing pressure fluctuations in the production line and ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the entire chemical system.
